Common questions

How far do you deliver?

Free delivery within 30km of Brisbane. If you’re outside that zone, message us — we can usually still make it work for a small travel fee.

How do I secure my booking?

A $50 deposit locks in your date ($100 for the Inflatable Nightclub). The remainder is paid on the day of setup. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of your booking.

What surfaces can you set up on?

Grass setups only for jumping castles (we secure with 18″ stakes). The Inflatable Nightclub can be set up on concrete or indoors for a small surcharge — just let us know when booking.

What time do you arrive?

We usually deliver in the morning before your event and collect in the evening — all-day hire is up to 8 hours. Want to keep it overnight? Add 24-hour hire for +$50.

Do you provide power?

You’ll need a standard power outlet within 30m of the setup spot. All inflatables run on a single blower.

Can I change the theme on the Combo Castle?

Yes! We swap the banner to any of our 5 themes at no extra cost — pick your theme when you book.

What if it rains?

Light rain is usually fine but heavy rain and strong winds aren’t safe for inflatables. If the weather turns, we’ll reschedule your booking to another date at no charge.
